The beautiful 3.5 room apartment in the house “Casa Valbella” is very bright, friendly and flooded with light. It is oriented to the south and has a high standard of finishing. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has two bedrooms, bathroom/WC, a kitchen, a large living/dining room and a 32 mq terrace.

The living room with great views of the Arosa mountains is connected to the cozy dining area and the well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven/steamer, mineral water maker, coffee machine, espresso machine, fondue set, table grill…. ) connected.

One of the two bedrooms with exit to the furnished and protected south balcony is equipped with a double bed , the second bedroom has two single beds. In the bathroom there is a washbasin and a shower/bathtub, which also invites you to take a relaxing bath. For sunbathing with a view of the mountains, there are comfortable deck chairs and a large table with six chairs on the terrace. In addition, the apartment has 2 TV sets, cable TV , home cinema and internet connection. We will be happy to provide you with a crib and a high chair free of charge if required.
